No, we do not believe in forcing people to upgrade their vans so we do not have an age limit on them. However, we do ask that all vans are kept clean and in good condition.

We are a dog friendly site but it is important that we limit the number of dogs on site to around 25. We try to be as fair as possible and generally work on a one in, one out basis. Please feel free to contact us and we will try to accomodate where we can.

No, we do not allow any subletting. Everybody on the site enjoys the relaxed and secure feeling of knowing everyone around them.

For the same reasons that we do not allow subletting, vans must be used exclusively by the owners. However, exceptions can be made. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss further.

Pembrokeshire is a fabulous place to ride your bikes. However, our park consists of a single road running its length, flanked with parking spaces for van owners. For health and safety reasons, and to prevent damage to anyones property, we ask that bikes are not ridden on the site itself, but walked until you get to the entrance.

All of our caravans are privately owned and we do not let any of them out. We also do not take touring caravans.

Please get in touch if you wish to discuss anything concerning the park or the caravans.
